Newsweek has a story on this. Representative Ted Lieu says the low turnout is proof Trump's support is waning. I thought I read something a few days ago about Trump saying this is an FBI setup. The story also says an armed man was arrested. Doesn't mention he is a police officer. Story also says they expected about 700 people.
