I know that country. It is to the east of the Pahsimeroi. Not overly far from my cabin as the crow flies and it is mountain goat country.

This is not the exact spot, but these are mountains in the area and representative of what type of terrain he was likely in.

I have hunted that area, not easy country. I can only imagine how cool it must have been to be a bow hunter capable of taking a goat in that country in 1968! Hard core those old boys were.
