I’ve got a 4” Rock Island. It is awesome. I carry it cocked and locked. I've got two, a 5" .45 and a 6" 10mm, both have been nice, fun, guns. I don't carry them, though, that 10mm is a heavy brute. I won't carry it until deer season.

JFC what a chit-bag (as if I needed a reason to hold attorneys in even lower regard). I've been reading his perpetual clown show posts trying to figure out what his particular mental illness was, guess now we know.
Buddy of mine bought an Armscor 1911 years back and it wasn't a bad piece once he replaced the internals with quality parts. The sear was particularly soft.
Shop in town has a pile of Tisas right now, I just may go buy one out of spite.

Is that why you sold yours? No, I had that Glock for many years. I have found something much smaller and lighter for deep concealment meaning more carry options and faster draw.
