God doesn't look at degrees of sin, just that it is sin. Then God is an ass. Just who are you to tell God not to look at the degree of sin anyhow? God does not send people to Hell for sins. God sends people to Hell for NOT accepting His Gift of His Son. LOL

The Christian understanding of salvation is that absolute perfection is God’s standard. Therefore, when considering questions of who is worthy to get into Heaven yes, those would be the same. A person who is guilty of failing to extend mercy would also fall under condemnation. The point that is always missed or ignored in these discussions is that the standard is God not me or you or Mother Teresa. All are justly deserving death & damnation except the One who not only did not sin but was perfectly merciful and gracious and reverent throughout His entire life, God’s holy Son.
