1:20 mark Two guys noticed that they were spotted by police while outside without masks. The men went into the gas station to get one and came out wearing the imposed facial covering. They were assured by the goons and punished on site for the heinous crime. They were kicked while 50 back up darth vader clones showed up. Yes, that surprised me too, and shows how off the planet she is. It explains the lack of commitment by the state governments to drawing the line for "opening up" again - this would coincide with the loss of public health order authority, and they would lose power to legally enforce the requirements thereunder. They can't logically have both ie open up the country and still enforce inoperative health orders. Doesn't stop private employers from requiring vaccination for certain occupations but would be tested no doubt under anti-discrimination lawsuits.
Let me also explain one other thing. They are only talking about vaccine passports at the moment and they want to push the onus of compliance checking onto the businesses, and threaten them with fines for non-compliance. The police have said that they are not interested in performing the compliance checks (why waste their time and money?) but will respond to complaints from businesses who have difficult customers. Think about this - vaccination passports will be a farce at the domestic level, and will be dropped relatively quickly. Vaccination passports for international travel may be a bit different since they already have agents dedicated to passport requirements anyway.

That's funny, I have been out and about working for the past three days without a mask and whilst I have seen a few (a dozen or so) wearing one most are not...neither are the local coppers.
