Just bought my first Colt SAA clone, and my first single action that was not a Ruger. I could use a suggestion for a western style holster, or belt-holster combo that doesn't break the bank. Mine is a 5.5" .357 Evil Roy. I won't actually lay my eyes on it for several days so I hope it is a good one.
Thanks.

Well, for inexpensive, I use a Hunter #1100 48. Fits my BH and 1873 Pietta [Colt clone] perfectly. BH has 6.5" barrel, Pietta a 5.5".

I liked Mernickle holsters back when I did CAS.
Check them out. Not the cheapest, but as good as you’ll find, IME. And you won’t need to upgrade. So, in the long run, less expensive.

I like Mernickle too and I don't CAS. If you order a rig that tucks in on itself...order a little longer bigger than you think, and make sure that you measure over clothes.
I found another I like today a lot too. I purchased a Vaquero today - 44 mag and 44/40 cyclinder. It came with a fitted holster from Hunter Company in Westminster Co. It's a Slim Jim type that looks and fits really good.
Both Mernickle and Hunter have websites that you can order from.
