On a Friday night. Coming home from dinner with my wife and daughter our streets flooded with about an inch of rain water, the whole block is out to check it out. The adults talking rain and basement flooding and kids playing in the puddles. It’s been the rainiest summer I can remember in my corner of MI.

Our basements dry. The rentals basement is letting in water like a sieve but the sump pump has kept up with it.

The rain seems really hit or miss this year with a lot more miss. My area of MI has had enough rain to keep every lawn in the area emerald green all summer with zero browning up in June-August. What part of WI are you in?

general season elk opens in the morning
its gonna be a soggy muddy mess up there

general season elk opens in the morning
its gonna be a soggy muddy mess up there
snow will be waiting for the boys lookin for elk...
Parts of AZ and UT are gorgeous. How hard is it to draw a general season elk tag in your neck of the woods?

Worked most of the day (until 16:30 hrs) blowing-out the lawn sprinkler system.....started sprinkling rain about an hour later. Sure is a nice think to see, as we need it!
