My cousin has a sako av in 375 h and h. Wood stock with a black dot on the wood just below the action. It is in good shape however it does have a few freckles of rust on the action.

It has Sako bases and a 1.5 to 6 Bausch and Lomb scope.

Any idea on the value of it?

The old (or current) Sako is a great gun, but; in the aftermarket they dont seem to get a lot of love. If I was buying, with scope and all, I would be at $1000. That is assuming, I really wanted it. I am sure replacement cost, with a new Sako, is easily 2k plus. The best, current Sako is lighter and more practical. The old model is a bit out dated and it is not valued as a collector like Winchester might be.
