Post up proof of a “mandate”. From what I’ve researched, Joe had a press conference but there is NO actual mandate. No Executive order. No law passed.
There is absolutely nothing in place to penalize employees. Just smoke and mirrors.

I"ll play. They have the right to mandate it if they assume liability if you are harmed by it.
My employer has mandated it. I asked my crew for any questions they had and sent them up the chain. HR said they wouldn't be liable if the shots harmed someone. I believe this is wrong because if anyone gets hurt working for them in any other circumstance they are liable.
That is one of the main reasons people don't want the shots. The drug companies that make them have immunity from any liability. This is suspicious.

Biden knows what he's doing is illegal and against peoples rights. He appears to be using employers to do his dirty work, and that's why it's time to pushback against those employers and walk off the job and shut them down.
