I have electricity, water and hanging system. Looking for ideas for a hanging beam. Gambrel / single tree? You can get the cheap (Chiner) made ones from bps / cabelas / academy. I’ve built a bunch outta scrap pieces of cold roll, rebar, flat bar.

I have a wench mounted on swing boom outside where we do the deer gutting and washing. After we finish we just crank the deer up and put the gambrel in a roller of the barn door track and push the deer inside to the meat room. I also have a couple more boat wenches mounted on the wall with pulleys in the rafters for pulling the bucks up head first that I'm going cape.

I normally just skin em as I cut em on the truck bed. Throw cuts in a wash tub, then rinse/cut/package.
