Just curious, can remember the paperwork with mine ask that the gun to be fired a number of rounds before even calling them or sending it back. Seems like it was 500 or something. But I didn't have numerous failures either.

He used to recommend winchester white box or federal ammo both in regular 230 ball. and put 500 rounds through it before you sent it in. I wish I had been more patient though and bought one with no FCS also and deleted the big goofy 45 acp on the slide. I need to change the rear sight for one with a ledge and a wider notch.
