Here is my accidental deer for 2021. Taken Sept 19. Had a crazy September and was studying for a new software operating system. Wind was perfect so I decided to sit in a ground blind I had set up on our property. It was hot, hence the shorts in the blind. Went out not expecting to actually fill a tag. More of an extended study break. Was not in the blind 10 minutes when this buck came in.Took about 5 minutes for him to present a shot. Bow is a Kota Jackrabbit 47  28. I draw 29 1/2. Arrows are VAP 400 with 200gr VPA three blade up front. Total arrow weight is 520gr. Hardly an accident.
A lot of thought had to go into your choice of equipment and blind placement, and many hours of practice so you could make the shot when it was offered.
