No

Remember why, specifically, the Bill of Rights was written...remember its purpose. It was written to limit the power of government over the individual.

Sept 25 saw my last migrating Rufous. Took down my feeders on Oct 15, as always. Summer birds are starting to disappear and am anxiously awaiting my winter little buddies.

I saw my last one on October 6th. Northeast Missouri. Feeders are still up but I doubt I see any more this year.

We still have a couple just North of Houston. Our peak was the first two weeks of September when we had at least 4 dozen when the migration started.

Been about a month. Like most changes this year, the exodus was like the flick of a switch. GD

Wife said she's still seeing an occasional ruby throat stop and feed at our remaining feeder throughout the week. For the past few years we've been leaving a nectar feeder up until at least mid October or until the level of nectar hasn't changed for a week or so. Even with temps dropping down into the 40s and sometimes a low as the 30s at night we always seem to have a few late migration stragglers. Even had them at our feeders after a early frost a few times.

I still have 3 feeders out, maybe 20-25 birds.

I usually keep 5-8 all year. I bring the feeders in at night so they don’t freeze.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.
