I need a steel floor plate, magazine spring, and follower for an FN commercial 98 Mauser as shown in the pics. This is the one that would fit a JC Higgins Model 50 or 51, FN Deluxe, Husqvarna 640, etc. They're going on a beater that's just gonna get more beat so condition doesn't really matter. Follower must be for 30-06/270, etc. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/galleries/16419395#Post16419395Anybody got 'em? Thanks, Okie John
If Montana had a standing army, a 270 Win with Federal Blue Box 130's would be the standard issue.

Can't help directly, but hate to see a Thread go zero responses. Suggest you spread your enquiry to different Forums, "WTB" listings. Simply a suggestion! Good luck! John

That Argentine bottom metal has an inside length that is too short for the .270/.30-06. The front of the mag box will stop well short of the feed ramp.

Thanks to all who replied. I pinged Duane Wiebe in hopes that he'd have something lying around.
He did.
