Got one of these on the way without the slide cut. Look pretty interesting. Anybody tried one? https://shadowsystemscorp.com/store/Wanted to try a Glock with an RMR and this seemed like a better solution.

I don't know anything about them, except they just appeared out of nowhere and are on almost all the websites now, They look like a cross between the various Turkish guns and Glocks and M&Ps, but that's all I got.
To me, they're just another plastic wondergun, but since I haven't shot one, it's all conjecture on my part.

From the reviews I’ve read, seem to me to be very much like a Glock with better trigger, accuracy and a few more standard features. Will report back after mine comes in.

It is basically a Poly 80 Glock clone with some better parts. Add sights trigger etc to a stock Glock and you are easily at the Shadow Glock price. I have not shot one but I like the look and feel, grip angle. You should have no issues.

Got the gun in. Need to shoot it. It appears to be a nice upgrade from a Glock. Seems to mainly use gen 4 parts from what I've been told.

Interesting concept.
Knock off a top brand, improve a few things, sell it for what the name brand would cost, after the improvements are made.
So your new gun gets built more cheaply by doing the improvements At manufacture = better margins than the original.
Fantastic deal for the new manufacturer.
Sounds like you should be getting a really good gun, and I'm not trying to be a dick here. But the concept, broken down is several twists on the norm. What is the attraction over buying Glock and upgrading? Seems like that would be preferable, with higher retained value and resale.
After a minute, this isn't too far off what's transpired with 1911s and Colt.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

Nice to buy something from the factory with no wait and features figured out (hopefully!). Plus from what I hear, Shadow is a pretty good value compared to a custom Glock. Still haven't shot it. Will have to report back.
