OP DanLee Campfire Member D Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 163 Virginia	Does anyone make a low-powered (1x-4x, etc.) scope with a simple duplex reticle anymore? I'd even pop for a Leupold 2.5X if they still made them. But no, it's all ballistic stuff cluttering up the view or an illuminated reticle. Sheesh.

I've got a Leupold 2.5x sitting on my 45/70 and it's gonna get taken off so I can use the fiber optic sights it came with. Still have the box. Hmmmmmm

Leupold VX-Freedom 2-7x33 "hunt pleX" Trijicon Huron or Ascent 1-4. Not a duplex but pretty darn simple.

Leupold 1-4 on my grandpas 742, 30-odd-6 as you read this. Camp is where you make it.
