Have heard that there might be a booze shortage coming soon.
Sounded like it's time to remember my old boy scout motto; "be prepared"
So, I went shopping and bought my Wife two cases of her favorite wine,
and a case of Irish whiskey for myself. (GRIN!)
Gotta be ready for hard times!

I heard there is a bottle issue as well transportation issues affecting the whine issue. Costco looked good last night, stock up like it is the last pallet of TP I say.

Ever Clear or other grain alcohol is the best bang for hard times. Even cut in half its stronger than most other stuff.

Ever Clear or other grain alcohol is the best bang for hard times. Even cut in half its stronger than most other stuff. And, you can burn it (storage issue) as well as disinfect with it prn.

In 2015 or 16 I thought the new Bardstown Bourbon was another of many craft distillers that were cropping up. But they've added a barrel house or 2 every couple years since they've opened. Building a serious inventory & some already aged.
Just announced, a new 200 million dollar, Horse Solder distillery in the Lake Cumberland area. Groundbreaking commencing now.
Seems like a lot of investors getting in on the increase in consumption.
