Are warrants required for blood draws in Washington? Is probable cause still required for warrants? Is alcohol or drug consumption considered a required activity to live or do you know of someone who has been forced to consume alcohol and also forced to drive?

Judge ok's blood draw, Judge oks jab. same-same.

If you think not getting an injection is the same as driving drunk, you're retarded.

Now be honest, how many dui's ya got?

I've lived my life avoiding being a felon. Don't drink so dui is not possible. I'm very proud of staying on the right side of the law. I like being innocent and living that way, guilt is a terrible thing to pack around. Someday many of us that feel this way may find ourselves being felons though the way our nation is heading.

Well said Jim.
Remember, every one of the founding fathers was considered a felon.

This dude had 22.
If he retired, good for him.
And I honor his decision.
But that's not a man walking off the job with nothing.
