He and his brother both have been whiners since TAMU. Highly doubtful he’d have ever been broadcast material, it’s his googan way of trying to remain relevant. As in …”please don’t forget about me so quickly. Wasn’t John Mackey or Kellen Winslow talent!

laughing, 2017.... wasnt Bennett the meathead who refused to follow the call on the hail mary pass in the play off game?
The pass was for Jordy, Bennett went for the hail mary (maybe on-side kick?) fumble hands Bennett went for the ball and lost it and the Packers lost the game, Bennet was traded the next day IIRC.
I also recall Bennet being a drama queen of the highest order, those rumors started way before his time in Green Bay. Yep.

He was released because he sucked.
He played in 7 games for GB. 0 touchdowns. He was a loud mouth to the media, a lightning rod for controversy, and a distraction in the locker room. He retired the next year. And now he's trying for the spotlight again and some extra $$$.

He brought little value other than thinking he was a whole lot better than he was - and was waived due to the undisclosed medical condition (torn labrum IIRC). He continued to play but when Rodgers got hurt and couldn't play, Bennett suddenly revealed that he was injured. He was, is and will obviously continue to be a d-bag. And Bennett wasn't the only player jettisoned by the Packers not long after the first kneeling incident.

There were 3 Packers that knelt when the rest of the team locked arms during the anthem. One of them is still on the team, so if he was released for kneeling, why wasn't Kevin King?

When you decide to play a TEAM sport, your attitude, actions, and words all have an effect on the overall cohesiveness and effectiveness of the TEAM. If things you are doing are detracting from the team, either stop doing them or expect to be cut.
