Ok, if you could have only one deer rifle for all of your deer hunting, what would it be?

I think mine would be my Kimber 84m 308, 3-9 leupold compact and 130TTSX….you?

My 1948 vintage Winchester model 70 in 30-06. Topped with a 6 power Leupold Alaskan scope it has toppled 24 elk, 20 Antelope and 26 deer along with a bighorn sheep and a few other critters. Have no need for anything else myself.

JM stamped 336 in 30-30 with a Leupold 2-7. Practical and sentimental at the same time.

I’m not sure I could argue against that.

Love my 308’s. But, I also love my 300 WSM’s. Probly have to go with the 308.

270 Winchester, 130 gr bullet, 4-14 power scope.

I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

99 Savage EG in 300 Savage. Marble's peep sight with a Marble's fine white bead front sight. Load would be a 130gr TTSX over H4198... good enough for any distance I shoot deer at without excessive recoil.

Mine would be a 308. Maybe the Model 100, or 788.

I would have got him too but a Dad Blam snow flake hit me in da eye....

While that reminds me of an apocalyptic scenario( I'm with Hanco on this)...would have to be a Kimber 84L classic in .270 with Leupold 3.5x10. Sweetest thing!
