TLDR

The bottom line is "do unto others as you would have others do unto you." I would say Baldwin has made it clear multiple times what he would do to any of us if the rolls were reversed so ... torch the pathetic son of a bitch.

The Roy Clark Conundrum

Too bad theres not simply a law against being stupid.Regardless of what ANYONE tells you when you pick up a weapon, you should clear it. If you are too stupid to know how, you shouldn't touch it. He shouldn't be fried for murder, he should be fried for just plain being stupid.

Too many threads and the news stories are becoming biased. So, did the gun Alec Baldwin was holding just “go off” and kill someone, or did Alec Baldwin take what he thought was a prop gun, point it at the woman and intentionally pull the trigger, like as a joke. Sorry if already discussed.

Lets not forget baldwin was calling for stoning to death members(and their families) of congress as far back as the mid 90's.
Hope he gets sued into abject poverty.

When fiction meets reality…

There are a lot of really weird coincidences tied up in this conundrum.

The supporting director who handed the gun to Alec and called it cleared was also in a directorship role years ago in the movie sequel to the one that Bruce Lees son was killed in.

Nowmadd in the facy that the womans loving husband is connected to the Clintons and is with the firm defending Hilrys ex lowyer David Sussman.

Humm. The plot thickens. The lady was from Russia above the Arctic Circle and raised at a Russian naval center in Murmansk.

That was the base the Russian sub was from in the movie Hunt For Red October which BALDWIN was an actor in.

Humm. Guns, hunting, Blood and death. The Hunter Becomes the Hunted.

Now this truly is, "Red October"

Was it a real live round of ammunition with a real bullet in it.
Or some live bullschitt movie prop ammo.

Would anybody here watch a movie Baldwin started in? The only movie I recall seeing him in was The Edge with Anthony Hopkins.

His acting was pretty good in that movie, he played a scum bucket. Well maybe that wasn’t acting.

The real question here is, who loaded that pistol? I seriously doubt that the armorer loaded a live round by mistake. There had been some labor unrest on that set, and filming was continuing with non-union workers. Someone may have switched in a live round to create a disturbance and disrupt production. If so, that person is guilty of murder. There is plenty of blame to go around here, but the real culprit remains to be found.

This. Has it been determined if it was a prop gun or a real firearm capable of firing a live round. Prop guns cannot be loaded with live ammo. If there was an actual firearm on a movie set prop cart, loaded with live ammo, it was there on purpose and for a reason.
