I’m guessing anyone who has to refer to themselves with the word magnum in their name is compensating for undersized parts of their anatomy…. Little wonder why he attempts to insult others. What a small ( pun intended) little man. To all others actually participating constructively, thank you.

Actually until I began reading
“Shooting Times” I ONLY had 1 deer rifle at
a time. man oh man.

AND I was happy having 1 270 Win.

At the money I could have saved. MAYBE ?

Yes I've used it however in rotation it's not every year.

I like the 139 HBTSTP over Surplus 4831 @ almost 3000 fps, 2986--2994

A couple that HATE the 284.

Just spent a weekend with a new Vanguard Ibex. I think it’s pretty much a dealer exclusive similar to the High Country.

308 Win w/HSM 165 Gr Sierra Tipped GK groups right around 1”
Cabelas / Meopta 3-9x40

Hope to get it bloody in a few weeks. And it’ll work on larger stuff too.

My brother-in-law bought one of these in 300 savage last week and I shot it Sunday. Now I’m on the hunt for one. A Savage 99 in 300 savage would be a great all around deer rifle.

It's hard to leave them at home when "it's time to kill something".
