It's so funny with the usual belief here that a business owner has the right to run his business the way he wants and if a worker doesn't like the situation he can just quit. I see now if the women here don't like something a business owner does well that's a different matter.

Wow!

You and I have to disagree on growing a pair.
He caved under almost no pressure. Mandated the Clotshot.

Then, when he saw us getting pissed, he cave on his mandate.

Not only has he flip-flopped as fast as John Carey, but he didn't
even have the balls to admit it.

The first memo was about making the shot available?
WTF? It everywhere, for free.
And tgats not at all what the memo clearly stated.

Is Hornady in Bed with Dick's.

You know, Dick's.
The stores that sold thousands of AR's.
Untill a school shooting.
Then in a virtue signalling campaign the loudly proclaimed "NO MORE ARs".
Then they opened Field and Stearm stores.
And sold ARs.
Then there was another shooting.
And more virtue signaling.

Glad we won.
Why in thee Hell didn't he just say that in light of employee rights,
brought to his attention by his customers, he was dropping the mandate?

I respect a man who can see he was wrong, and admit it.
None at all for a wishy washy mealymouth liar.

Well said, both of you.

If this is true, well praise the Lord. I sent him a message not threatening to withhold business from Hornady but expressing extreme disappointment felt by me a very loyal customer and supporter. I have always said about Hornady that if something goes wrong Mr. Hornady will make it right.
My attitude is that he made a drastic mistake and has repented and made it right. For whatever reason it's good enough for me.

Ok , I might buy some Hornady's,,, under some conditions. The need to start making .277 150gr. , 180 in .308 and ,,, well how bout round nose bullets in every caliber bigger than .22 cal. ?? I would love to see more of those old round nose bullets again. They were always very good in Wisconsin for bear and deer. I don't know why but a round nose bullet in a 300 Sav. just seems right, make that . 308 Win, and 30-06 too. NO?

That didn’t have crap to do with it. I knew when I read the original letter and it said “Please, Please get your shot” that something was planned.

He might have figured out that if he lost the .GOV business, he won’t have difficulty replacing those sales for a while.

Or maybe he realized the mandate isn’t going to hold up in court, or in the court of public opinion, take your pick.

We have come to the doorstep on Marxism. It is encouraging that Hornady dropped the mandate but the vermin still populate our government. I never thought I'd see the day that my own government would do the things it's doing blatantly ignoring the Constitution.
