Doug how are those Kowa SV binoculars? Is there something better in that price range or a little higher?

They are very good quality units. I'd say similar to a Nikon Monarch or between a Vortex Diamondback and Viper

Not exactly a sale question but do you know if the Zeiss Conquest V4 3-12x44 is going away or being replaced? I see its always out or even on close-out at some other places so wondering if they will be updating or changing that scope?? Seems a decent scope as far as weight and options for a set and forget type scope.

Appreciate anything you can share about Zeiss.

The Argos and the Kowa SV are really very much on par optically. The Athlon does have a lifetime no fault warranty

Any chance you may look at a good sale in the Athlon Cronus 20-60x UHD spotter? I have seen in the past sales that offer this at $999….Is there anything out there better in a full size spotter for 1k???
