Are there any repeatability issues that would lead you to choose one style of Talley QD rings over another? I'd be using them in Talley bases on a 30-06

The only difference is in how you tighten them up. They add levers to the regular rings to make them lever lock.
I would suggest that if you have Iron sites on the rifle buy the levers because you might need to use them in the field, if not just get the screw locks (you can always add levers later if you change your mind)...........................DJ

For what it is worth, I was curious about this as well. I emailed Gary (at Talley) and he indicated both would repeat equally as well as long as they were tightened the same.
