So during the closing Arguments ADA takes an Ar-15 and points it at the Jury with his finger on the trigger...
Is he guilty of recklessly handling a firearm?
After all he attempted to get the witness/observer who was there during the first shots to say kyle was recklessly handling his while the .muzzle was pointed in a safe direction..
See photo on The gateway Pundit...

Also how did Kile shoot so accurately with no sights on the rifle?

It's hard to miss when your target gets powder burned from grabbing the muzzle!

Very difficult to miss when all shots were made in less than six feet. GW

Note that the bolt was closed in the photo, no chamber flag, no ziptie through the mag well...

My actual point was that perhaps they went missing in the evidence locker?
I would have to pull up the pre riot photo of him with the rifle but he seems too well trained to have gone into a crowded situation with no front or rear sight...

No, much as I hate the prick. I'd venture the gun had been "safed" by the bailiff and may have even had a trigger lock on it.

Alex Baldwins gun was ‘safed’ too. No excuse for unsafe weapon handling.

From what I've been told, that's typically how it's done in court. Lawyers point weapons at juries all the time. It's part of the theatrics.

And that’s exactly how Alex Baldwin shot two people on that movie set.

I saw a prosecutor, in a jury trial, pull the gun the robber used out of the back of his pants and point it at us jurors as he dramatically tried to illustrate how the robbery victim felt. The judge allowed it. Happens all the time.
