Are you really that stupid? From what I've been told, that's typically how it's done in court. Lawyers point weapons at juries all the time. It's part of the theatrics. You think the judge or bailiff would ever let ammo near a weapon that is in evidence? WOW... just WOW... Please please do not type another word... EVER Okay F. Lee Bailey. Whatever you say. Isn't the bailiff in charge of courtroom safety and security? Why do you think he didn't utter a peep when Binger pulled his little stunt? Because Binger cleared it with him first. He knew it was going to happen. The incompetent defense attorney should have done it first with Grossekunt's handgun and then asked the jury, "are you telling me Kyle has to wait for Grossekunt to pull the trigger before he has a right of self-defense?" with the handgun pointing at the jury.

It's a way to get the jury to identify sympathetically with those shot and not the shooter(Kyle). The judge should have tossed these guys long ago and would have except they have been transparently trying to get a mistrial instead of an acquittal.

So during the closing Arguments ADA takes an Ar-15 and points it at the Jury with his finger on the trigger... Is he guilty of recklessly handling a firearm? After all he attempted to get the witness/observer who was there during the first shots to say kyle was recklessly handling his while the .muzzle was pointed in a safe direction.. See photo on The gateway Pundit...
Also how did Kile shoot so accurately with no sights on the rifle?
No, much as I hate the prick. I'd venture the gun had been "safed" by the bailiff and may have even had a trigger lock on it. Did you learn nothing from the Alec Baldwin fiasco.... ? Someone "told" him it was unloaded, too....

Pretty sure pointing a gun at someone to invoke fear is a criminal act. I'm not aware of any exceptions for the courtroom.

So you are saying if the DA was trying a rape case he would pull out his dick and throw the rape victim on the floor and boink her to show the jury just what happened?

The judge should have tossed these guys long ago and would have except they have been transparently trying to get a mistrial instead of an acquittal. Prezactly. That's why it was done. And it was done with the approval of the bailiff or he'd have said something. You don't get to waive evidence weapons around a courtroom, pointing them at people willy-nilly even as a tool to convince (theatrics) without someone's permission. In today's anti-gun world where everyone has an irrational fear of guns (you know how they just jump off the table and start shooting people! ). Binger had the bailiff's permission or he never would have done it. Just a shame the defense attorney didn't think to do that little stunt first using the Grosskunt Glock.
