Posting on behalf of a good friend. He's looking for a nice condition 7600 carbine chambered in the exotic .30-06. Please PM me with any offers or leads. Much appreciated.

Just a suggestion... If you can't find a carbine, you get the 22" and have it cut and recrowned by Kevin @TGI creations out if VT.
Kevin does amazing work and you will likely save a bunch of money..He can cerakote, flute the barrel, oversize safety, He puts a new O ring in each rifle he works on..

He has done 3 for me and a 4th one will be back to see shortly.

If you want a picture shoot me a PM.

Good luck!!

That’s good advice. Carbines have been bringing big$ for some time. Full length 760 and 7600’s not so much.

I'll second, or third, this thought.

No doubt. Well aware of Kevin. I don't have a dog in this fight, just trying to help a friend out.

DITTO Harley.guy202's suggestion. I used a local to me smith who has done a couple others with good results. Another thing your friend may want to consider, for my personal tastes the 18.5" barrel is just a little too short so I had mine cut to 20". Carries real handy in the woods. Just my 2 cents.
