That is what the site has become, most like it and a few don't.

Working off a heck of a Thanksgiving. Bored. Had a life but spent it all on guns, Harleys, worthless women and hunting, just wasted the rest.

It would make me no difference if Big Stick trashed my kids or my wife, I would not respond doing the same back to him in an effort to trump what he said. I was taught to take the high road. My self worth is bigger than that and my ego doesn't require me to up one on anybody. I'm not going to waste my time researching threads, but I wonder what started the children bashing? I follow Big Sticks postings because of the information he presents and his awesome photos. I have taken the time to look back, way back on past posts he's made and they were nothing like they are now, so I wonder, what changed. Reading on Big Sticks forum is a real education and there doesn't seem to be any bashing going on. Very telling.
I like some others on this site have PM'd Stick with questions and he has graciously answered them. His answered resolved the issues I was having and I really appreciated his help.

I agree with EDM, this site has taken a down hill slide.

Stick sets the bait with a smile and a laugh. The usual players swallow it whole and their character is revealed.

I don't need any scopes, but I might buy a 3-9x42 to justify buying a Kimber Hunter in 243. I mean if you've got a new scope you need something to put under it, right?

Considering the wide swath of humanity that frequents this site, a bit of rude behavior is probably to be expected, but targeting family members seems like it should be out of bounds and therefore grounds for ejection from the game if rules were to be enforced. I'm something of a prude and don't care for rude behavior regardless of where it comes from. I was surprised when Rick reinstated Larry after the eyelid taping incident involving Kamo Gari several years ago, but this is Rick's site and Rick's rules as he chooses to enforce them.

But hey, I could be wrong. After all I thought that the 17HM2, 25 WSSM, 260 REM, and 7MM SAUM would be a lot more successful than they are ever likely to be.

J-man, much as I love swfa they look like crap on hunting rifles. But I did pick up a sportsmans warehouse exclusive savage 110 yeah I know piece of crap fall apart on first shot in a 6 ARC. Plan is to let the wife and daughter shoot steel this coming summer with it. So I will eventually pick up another 10x swfa for it.

I bought 1 last year John on Black Friday, pulled it outta the box, looked through it, fondled it, boxed it up and sold it in the classifieds the next day. 😂
