They're accepted as decent quality amongst the Campfire crowd, yes?
Can anyone tell me what "SWFA" is the acronym for?

I like them fine for target scopes. Never used them for hunting, and I have heard mixed reviews on their thin reticles in low light hunting situations. I have a 10x and a 3-15x and use both frequently for long range target shooting. Their adjustments have been spot on.

Heavy, but isn't that why you build a 5.5 lb rifle? So you can put a 3 lb scope on it and still be under 9 pounds.

Imagine a corporate oligarchy so effective, so advanced and fine tuned that its citizens still call it a democracy.

LOL. Funny that the Leupold VX5 2-10x weighs 17.9 oz and the 3-15x weighs 19.7 oz, yet nobody complains about the weight, but people are quick to point out how heavy SWFA scopes are at 19 oz and 18.7 oz for the 3-9x and 6x/10x, respectively.

And those S&B’s everyone raves about aren’t exactly flyweights either.
