I’m the OP, forgot to mention, I had a high school friend that was on number seven, when he died in his late 50s, of a heart attack, of course. Must have been the vaccine!!

1st, 15yrs (she died on me) 2nd, 10yrs (last 2 were just on paper, she was a financial nightmare) 3rd, 8yrs and counting.
Life was/is great with #1 and #3. #2 started well until I realized she was a deceitful gold digging evil b***h.

Still on my first one. If it ever ends I will never do it again. Too old and set in my ways to face the aggravation of learning to live with someone new. I'd rather go fishing or hunting.

Congrats to all you guys who have made it through all those years. That’s quite the accomplishment.
I’m on #2 myself. First one was 18 years until cancer took her from us. #2 and I are on seven years together. She’s an absolute angel and loves my first batch of kids like her own. We have one together.

First was 23 years and two kids. Second is 17 years and still going including a now-grown stepdaughter. The 5 years in between I refer to as my retirement ‘cuz it’s probably as close as I’ll ever get to doing only what I want only when I want to. But no complaints!

I dated a woman for about three years that had been married three times. She finally asked me if I intended to ask her to get married. My reply was “ Well no, marriage don't seem to work for you”. Now you might think that would have run her off but it didnt. What did run her off was when she asked when we was going on vacation together. The right response was not “ if you go with me how is it a vacation for me”. I miss her once in a while.

One 50 years last May15th.I guess I am pretty lucky.She never bitched about my hunting and fishing trips or about how many guns I have.In turn I turn a blind eye to her doll collection.
