Egg noodles in a homemade brown gravy topped with a brown gravy mixture containing baby bella mushrooms , chopped onion and crushed garlic sauteed in olive oil along with canned venison and sliced carrots. Our first try with canned venison. We took the jar with the toughest meat(shin meat, etc.) and it was tender as could be after the canning process.

My wife is making burgers as I type, mixing pickled jalapeños in mine with Fiesta burger seasoning. A can of green beans as we were short some Bush's beans that she likes. She'll grill sipping wine with the pups. I am watching Rio Lobo and sipping a martini while fiddling with a pretty neat Super Blackhawk.

Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

I make a Chipotle-type salad that is one of my staples. I’ll either use ground beef or fajita chicken or fajita beef. I’ll use lettuce, sour cream, diced tomatoes and jalapeños, grated cheese, and a bunch of hot green chile salsa. The combination of flavors is pretty dope…!
Every day on this side of the ground is a win.

I was messing with a regular old Blackhawk while watching Rio Bravo last night.

Copy that, our new one runs the house, though she’s only been here 6 weeks!! Grin

Forgot to take a pic. Tried something new. Pan fried bone in rib-eye fried in butter and with Worcestershire and Chicago steak for seasoning, and a leftover baked potato that I sliced thin and fried with onions, a little cayenne and Johnnies. When the steak was done I poured the meat juice and cooked down butter and seasonings over the fried potatoes.
I think I’ll be making this again.

Brother's birthday/wedding anniversary dinner. Stuffed one today with mixture of sauerkraut, rye bread crumbs, onion, chicken broth, spicy mustard. Salt and pepper on the outside and smoke it at 225 til it hit 145 deg. Everyone liked it.

Catfish, mashed taters, Cole slaw, yeast rolls, pasta salad. Cherry pie for dessert. Have enough leftovers to eat on all week.
