Very pleased with mine.
Accurate, easy to shoot, and a pleasure to carry all day.

The 365 is too small.

The XL is less too small.

I really like my 365XL.

My nephew has the 365, talked me into getting the XL.

I think he was right.

Have the 365xl also, shoots nice , sits well in the slide in pocket holster , A must have for this gun for pocket carry. Looking back I wish I would have bought the one with a safety. Yeah I know keep your finger off the trigger till it 's time to shoot. All my other semi auto's have a slide safety, just a different system to learn.

I bought a 365 before the XL existed. When the XL came out, I replaced the 365 with one and do like it better.

other than capacity in a small frame, its a neat little gun. And i mean little. I have had the chance to pick one up a few times and i just can't get over how little it is. since i have a SW Shield i just stick with that at half the cost.

I have a P365XL and it has been my carry gun since I bought it in January. I like it a lot. It is accurate and reliable, 124gr loads shoot to point of aim. You could not go wrong with one for it’s intended purpose. Here is mine at the range yesterday with another good 9mm that’s not as concealable. 😁

It’s pretty amazing. Mine shoots about as well as my full sized 9’s. I did drift the front sight slightly to adjust POI. It’s dead on.

Anyone have an issue with the flat trigger on the XL model?

I like it better than the curved trigger on the 365.

I imagine most prefer the flat trigger, the one on the 365XL I had did feel lighter. Just didn't shoot it as well as the curved one.

Subjective preference. I had a 365 and then bought a 365XL, the flat trigger didn't suit me so I replaced it with a curved one. Had changed to a curved trigger on a Sig P320 XFull earlier.

I’ve had a 365 a couple of years now. The best way I can describe it is that it shoots like a big gun. It’s amazingly comfortable and controllable given its size. It carries and shoots so well that I’ve no interest in pursuing any improvement in everyday concealed carry.

You can buy a +2 conversion for either the 10 or 12 round mag from Magguts (off their website). It adds 1/32" or less to either mag. They use a leaf spring (similar to a Rem 700 magazine spring) in the conversion. Holds two more rounds and you can load every round effortlessly. I've had OEM mags (that I couldn't get the last round or two into, without a loader) and the conversions. The difference is amazing.

With regard to the firing pin. The original ones were rounded on the end that struck the primer. The updated version is cut at an angle, about 45 degree, where it strikes the primer. You can visually tell the difference without taking it out if you take your slide off, depress the striker safety button and push the striker forward with your finger so the tip protrudes out the front.

I have two 365s and one 365XL. The only time I find the slide release hard to depress is when there is an empty mag in it. YMMV

My OEM mags were tough to load last round initially.
Only issue.

All the old timers at my local indoor range use em.
Shop keeps several in stock.
Am aware.
