Bro Jud, I need to try some Four Roses Small Batch. Regular 4R nothing special. My taste buds were underwhelmed by the Basil Hayden but lots of folks like it.
I like Macallan scotch and have a bottle of 25 yo given to me at retirement 7 years ago. Waiting for that really big bull to crack it open!
Cheers! 🥃

I agree the first sign of good Bourbon. I’ve tried bourbon from other states and wanted to like them, but I haven’t found any better than Kentucky’s.

Bourbon. Though my cigar store guy has been giving me samples of high dollar scotch that you can't buy here and they are surprisingly good. He's in some sort of scotch club in Scotland. The bottles go from $150-400 a bottle. Good stuff! I'll never buy it! Bourbon is the King!

Haven’t dranked any in a while and probly be longer afore I drank any again. But if I did it’d be Old Grandad Bonded. High rye mash 100 proof.

#1 Good Bourbon on the rocks #2 Blended Whiskey with mixers # tie for 3 & 4 with Irish Whiskey and Rye # 5 Scotch. It’s not that I don’t like Scotch, I just really prefer very good Bourbon over all else, so it gets picked first
*due to Ranch Water becoming a personal favorite this past summer, good Tequila (Anjeo and Resposado) have been coming on strong recently

Larceny.... When you love the taste of a musty, dirty, moldy root cellar Have to agree with Ted on this. Pretty nasty. The Rabbit Hole Rye is pretty tasty as well as their Bourbon.
