Need opinions on a Warn 8274 winch - I am considering a purchase or possible trade and here are the details:

WARN 8274 Winch (8000lb)
New 150'cable, roller fairlead, Electric motor professionally rebuilt, new 6' remote, thrust washer, clutch lever and gear (plastic was sun cracked), new plastic selinoid cover, new gear lubricant, new terminal covers...etc. Basically rebuilt.

What do you think? How does it compare to the newer comparable winches from Warn? How much is it worth?

Any opinions/help are appreciated.
