Breakfast is a pain in the ass meal. Not really in the mood to figure out what to have. Always takes much longer to make anything decent than it does to eat it. Lots of crappy options (read: oatmeal). I can fry Spam in 5 minutes on high. Crack a Pepsi and run to the bathroom! LOL

You get Bacon, + 100% Fresh Beef, And No Groids or the Burger King Schitts. 😜 Wendys is nasty here too And S L O W still playing all their Covid cards too. Inside dining is off limits Never any lettuce Some sort of gay sweet pickle has been substituted for dills the mellow yellow is always out The Frosties are always runny now They are fuggin dead to me And I gave Wendys two years service of my young life We did more before 9am than most people did all day Dead. McD’s makes a damn good Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit.
Only thing I’ll eat there except for their French Fries.

Grab a boiled egg and maybe a banana, or apple and get with it! Sitting and eating a big meal before noon isn't right. Makes most fat and lazy, not all but most! Yup. Who the hell has time to go through all the trouble during one of the two best times of the day? My in-laws are like this. Always make a big breakfast. And then they sit on their asses and talk about what’s for lunch. Fatties.

Not yours. A “broiled tomato”? WTF is that? Having been to Montana on two occasions, I can confirm that their isn’t a decent tomato in the whole state. This would explain your anti-tomato attitude.

oatmeal and frozen blueberries 5 days a week and then some slab bacon and eggs on weekends. been on a ham kick lately since my son got one from his company for christmas. best damn ham i ever had. local outfit makes them.

If I just have coffee and cereal, I'll get the shakes from low sugar I guess. I eat 3 eggs scrambled with a patty of pork sausage and grated cheese. Have some fruit too, strawberries, blueberries, orange to top it off. I to stay away from carbs, but I need protein.

I love breakfast, but usually only on weekends. If I have to get up to go to work, that’s what I do. Grab a snack around noon or just wait until 6ish and eat a real meal.

I eat 5 or 6 extra large eggs and 4 links of sausage for breakfast nearly every day and never get sick of it.

I am on this eating plan ( diet is ghey) where I eat only one meal a day at 0430 hrs. I eat a ton of chow, including some type of hot cereal. I am hungry as a horse at night but I have managed to gain some discipline and am losing about 10 lbs a month this way. I would like to get back down to my fighting weight which I have not seen in about 30 years. If I can do this I have a whole nother wardrobe I have not been able to wear for many years!
