Started off crappy. Had the second Shingles shot yesterday, I was cold all evening until about 2 am. Warmed then, but develped a splitting headache, and a backache. Tylenol is your friend.
Damned if the old V-bar chains don't work on the newer rigs, with some chain extenders. Saved about $300.
I should buy something....
Oh, wait- the Ram needs (I think) a new power steering unit. Oh well....
I haven't told my wife yet, becuse she always throws a fit about any maintainence to the Ram.
She just spent nearly 20K for us to go to NZ next year, tho...
I'd rather spend it on a "cold" garage extension for the toys...
Never a dull moment.

Cold and windy, pretty nasty weather actually. But we got everything fed and strawed up right before dark.
Get home, wife says sister is stuck in a snow bank. Go back out and got her dug free.
Busy day for January.
On an upbeat note we made a tractor deal over the phone this afternoon. Updated a good ol' green tractor with hopefully another good green machine.

Below zero for the highs today. But the missus turned a bunch of leftovers into potpies, that I'm thankful for. Frozen to the bone, but built a nice in the fireplace and in a few minutes a nice hearty meat pie. Thanks Wabi....
