A weakness in my mind is a suffrage... like a violation on a Commandment... a sin. I don't see midgets or blind singers (or deaf composers) as having a weakness. Vince Lombardi sought out individuals with various handicaps because he KNEW THEY WOULD OVERCOMPENSATE. If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
