I'll never be able to do it like that again.... back then I had no monies to keep it going , ran vacation at work to the bottom... now I got 7.75 weeks of vacation, and the funds to do something..... life should stop at 30...so a guy can reboot with what I know now at 60... I work harder than a ugly stripper....

I spent 2009 - 2020 working in commercial real estate. The main thing I would do different is pursue the job I have now and gotten out of commercial real estate a lot sooner. I scratched my way back to the top. I'm comfortably retired, due to my tenacity. Folks now look at me and think I had it easy because they don't know what happened in the past The original Frito Bandito!

Life is good and I'm happy. Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.
