She's suing because she claims that the blank ammo she received had a live round mixed in. She's going to have a bit of a rough time proving that. Besides, isn't it her job to inspect all of them? I don't know what prop blanks look like but I'm sure they're well marked.

Sounds to me like this Rust stuff is gonna get really muddy. Read on Free Republic that the armorer was claiming Baldwin refused to attend safety meetings. I’d say she’s probably trying to muddy stuff up on purpose to cover her own negligence, but who knows.
