very unhealthy look at back of can Why would anybody do this? I mean you might as well stop eating chocolate while you're at it. Well at 61 since I decided to start eating healthier I have lost weight feel good and last blood work I had done 3 months ago all checked in normal range. Before I made changes my Cholesterol, Blood Pressure was not normal and took Med's to control it. Was able to stop taking the med's with Dr. ok. I will continue to do what I'm doing to stay off the drugs.

The filter on my computer catches most of it, but when grease starts dripping out of my monitor I know some SPAM got past the system!

Used to like it well enough as a kid, sliced and fried, plain on fresh Wonder bread.
These days, I much prefer Taylor Pork Roll. Only eat it at deer camp though.

Take out of the can, lather two pieces of sourdough with Miracle whip and hot mustard, a half inch slab of Walla Walla sweetness, sharp cheddah in between, pepper and go. One can will only make two... Miracle whip? Good god, man! It started back in 58 or 59. Lived in Nome then and you could get spam, pilot bread and the whip, but not mayo. . . My older brother suggested all of the above probably weened me off mom's...

I can remember when the campfire was great and we didnāt have alla this silliness and these types threads. LoL Slumlord do a search of some of the silly stuff you post Ramen Noodles, Tripping on Acid doesn't bother me what's the big deal.

JalapeƱo Spam is the best of the flavored kinds. I canāt find anything but Hickory smoked around these parts, itās good too but not jalapeƱo good.
