Seems to be Southern tourists in Jackson at the Nat’l Elk Refuge…
The video is from Colorado, and I can generally tell a lifestyle immigrant when I see 'em..............

I spend alot of time in the Smokey's - i could make a coffee table book of the dumb things people do over there. The elk are my favorite. They apparently are just big cattle the way people treat them, especially in the rut.
