I'm starting to get a number of original envelopes with catalogs or marketing materials in them.

I started doing that several years ago with all of my guns, It was a tough job playing catch up in the beginning. ALL information that I have on each gun is on hard copy so in the event I cease to exist my wife will know what ad where each gun is and the price I exact paid. It is all moot if I downsize before then.

Very nicely done.. I haven't got around to guns yet. Probably waited too long for that.

This is one of my favorite pieces of paper.. a 15" x 18" ad mailed out to dealers introducing the Combination Kit in the fall of 1921. I've never seen another.

I hate organizing so much, I'd rather split firewood in the snow at 22 degrees! It was just starting to flurry when I finished up splitting. It's benn cold enough, long enough, as soon as the snow hit the ground, everything turned white.

Nice job on the paperwork. I'd be happy to get something like that for targets for each gun but it never gets done.

I've been reloading alot, shooting, scoping guns, buying and selling supplies and ammo, selling a few guns, buying one or two.

Also added a bathroom in the garage this winter and am to the texturing drywall stage. Winter is when the equipment gets serviced and repaired, house gets remodeled, property gets landscaped. Bigger problem is money to keep going on all the projects. That's where the gun money gets dumped.

Took a Ruger 10/22, a Fox FB-1, a 1922 and an 87M to the range this afternoon in -10C.

Needed to get out of the house for some aromatherapy.

two walks today, along the very frozen creek, humming "wish I had a river, that I could skate away on"

..do you know how hard it is to hum Joni Mitchell tunes and keep your balance?

Rubbing some b.l.o into the thirsty socks of my 99 and 6A.
Also got a CZ 527, 7.62x39. AWESOME carbine! Waiting on scope mounts and 2 magazines.
I'll be dismounting my muzzleloaders in search of gremlins and for a good clean/ inspect/ lube. Maybe do some casting...

Keepin my back green and my powder dry.

You'll need WAY more than a cold winter weekend, my friend.
