Sounds to me like this Rust stuff is gonna get really muddy. Read on Free Republic that the armorer was claiming Baldwin refused to attend safety meetings. I’d say she’s probably trying to muddy stuff up on purpose to cover her own negligence, but who knows.

Just that there is a right way and a wrong way to do things. Read that during the filming of "The Unforgiven" John Huston and Burt Lancaster took Lillian Gish aside to school her a bit for her shooting scene. She outshot them both, for hitting and for speed. No fatalities were recorded.

No idea here on what the handling protocols might be on movie sets, but everyone that handled that firearm from prop man to the actor bears an equivalent level of responsibility.

I know nothing of the dead girls family, but I believe that they to will let greed override morality and settle for an undisclosed dollar amount and justice will once again be circumvented by the wealthy . Ass cancer is all that can be hoped for !
