Do any of you guys buy peppers in qty and dehydrate them for longer life span? Mb

In the Southwest we buy Green Chile and freeze them..

Thanks milkweed I've done that from my garden just wondered if jalapeños, Anaheims and others could be dehydrated for future use....mb

Some people dry the green peppers just like the red.
I just bought some ground dried peppers from a place in ABQ.
Some spelling errors can be corrected by a vowel movement. ~ MOLON LABE ~
