A cc that offers bennies (miles, points, whatever) and pay for the car with the cc. Pay off that cc in full when the bill comes in. You've got the car and XX bennie points to use on something else.

He gave me a sob story of no money, his phone was shut off, he might have to call in tomorrow cuz no gas money to drive in..blah, blah,blah. I told him smoking is the last thing he needs to worry about.
