Half acre wooded, waterfront lot #14 in Edgewater Subdivision on Rough River. Breckenridge County, McDaniels Township. Not terribly far from Leitchfield, KY. Clear deed in my name. Get this! My $10K asking price is 2008 fair market value. Annual taxes are ~$135 with fire dues. Utilities are at a homesite 2-3 lots away.

I can text maps, deed info, Corps of Engineers documents, etc. I don't want anything to do with realtors, so much I'm willing to pay up to $500 of the deed transfers fees myself.

Despite the jab at semantics, the location of the lot is close to a lot of good fishing & some of the biggest Whitetails anywhere. Think I even saw a Walmart listed on the map not too far away.

A half acre ain't for me, but could put a cramped city dweller in a better place.

Might be a good idea to list building restrictions if any. House trailers/ mobile homes allowed? Etc.
