Anyone have experience with this. Mine has not became detached, just has several tears in it. Supposed to get shot in that area tomorrow using ultrasound. Wonder if it will help. Also, whatever happened to midgets & monkeys. When I was young they were in movies & on TV. I never see a midget anymore. Somebody kill em off. Just something I wonder about

LoL! I don't know, but they used to be in some big movies.
I’m currently healing from a complete pectoral tear. The incision looks a bit like I was bitten by a shark. Not much fun! I start physical therapy next week. At least I’m out of the dang sling!

Torn bicep and labrum. SLAP repair with tenodesis. Lag screw the torn bicep into the humerus and trim up the labrum. I had to sleep in a recliner with like 9 pillows for 4 weeks. The PT started. Not a lot of fun, but necessary. I was pretty much benched for 14 weeks post-op. Still have sporadic pain and my shoulder/arm is about 68% of what it was as measured by weight and resistance machines. Again, not a lot of fun, but it pretty much cured my slice on the golf course.
This midget owned a jewelry store and was type cast with the polock and did polish and midget jokes back in the day. They even had a token black guy who did "Soul Man" skits. Ohio TV. Hopefully this will help take your mind off of the pain.
Yes. Still recovering from torn rotator and torn biceps. It sucks! They had to detach and reattach my biceps tendon. Almost 6 months post op. It is an extremely slow healing process. I wish you luck.
Completely separated my lower bicep tendon on Memorial Day a couple years ago. I had surgery less than a week later. I shot a buck with my recurve that November. I had a great surgeon but you have to be smart and do the PT no matter how much you hate it. This was my 3 bow season post surgery and I'm back to shooting 60 lb recurves like it never happened. I wish you the same luck.
ETA - My surgeon insists on doing the surgery as soon as possible after the tare. He said the longer I waited the less likely I was to have a full recovery.

They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.
