I have some but don't like the idea of getting my ammo in antique rifles. I do have an complete 50-70 loading kit or setup with already cast bullets, cases, bullet mould, card punch, dies, pretty much the tooling need to keep it going bang.

How many cartridges do you need?

Bill,
Got back in, and I did some checking.
So what I've got is 50-70 Government!
2.25" overall length, and a Shell length of 1.75 !

If I'm understanding your needs, the 50-70 Springfield Trapdoor Cartridge,
(also known as the .50 U.S. Carbine) Your looking for is Shorter, and these won't fit unless cut Down!
Sorry, I thought that I could help!

H558,

I am looking at an original Roller and could use 40-50 cases or loaded rounds, if you still have some. Thank you and PM with info if available.

Bill, I have an Allin conversion trap door. I thought I got my brass on this forum. It is headstamped 50-70 Gov't. It is 1.745" in length. I'm pretty sure it is Starline. I also got a bunch of lead bullets also. I'll search and see If I can find my source.

Patience and perseverance.
I watched GB for a few months and now possess an ample supply of cartridges loaded with Blackpowder, and several modern production cases, dies and components.

Big thank you to you all!!!!
