Why bother? I think both my wife and I have it now but the symptoms aren't any different than a cold or mild flu. We might have either a cold or flu but knowing which it is won't cure it any faster. We don't have fevers or bad congestion. We're mostly just wrung out and sleep a lot. We'll get over it sooner or later. It's too cold to be outside doing anything anyway so it's a good time to catch it.

I'm just passing it along, I decided a long time ago I am not getting tested, I'll go home for 14, 10, 5 days but not shoving there stick up my nose....

I had Covid two weeks ago, no test. WTF is the test for? Like anything, stay home if sick.

I guess if ‘free’ many will register for a few, probably another company in China milking us. Say you test negative on Saturday, what about the following Wednesday, you gonna test every 3 days?

I don’t think they’re that accurate anyway. A relative works at a health clinic for lowlifes, free stuff. One guy came in to get tested routinely, he’s up to 17 times now, never positive. He’s not paying, what does he care.

Wouldn't bother at this point. The at-home tests were not perfect but not horrible for detecting Delta and earlier versions. They do not seem to pick up Omicron, currently the most common variant in circulation by far. My GF tested negative 4 times with the at-home tests before and after flying home and just before returning to work. All negative. She was clearly sick. I got her symptoms a few days later. I decided to do the clinical test and mine came back positive. She then did the clinical PCR test and also tested positive. I think the home tests set up false expectations by giving unreliable results and may be responsible for much of the Omicron spread since people test, get a false negative, and assume they're clear of covid so they go share it.

None of those tests are worth using IMHO.
I posted about the chemical used in one of the common DIY tests that claims to give quick results. If it's not done properly, the chemical agent can cause serious harm.

I would like to get tested for antibodies but they dont seem to want to do that. If I had covid the immunity will be good. Of course the CDC says natural immunity doesn't work, just the decoy vaccine, and then you still get and give covid.
